Job Details

Responsibilities

• Manage medical malpractice cases from initial litigation through resolution.
• Handle claims involving medical negligence, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs.
• Conduct depositions of medical professionals, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses.
• Review medical records, coordinate with experts, and develop litigation strategies.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
