This flexible support position may involve administrative tasks, case tracking, and marketing content while collaborating with senior staff and Dr. Britton as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and summarize medical records.
• Ability to follow templates and instructions.
• Experience working with confidential medical and legal information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review prepped report templates for completeness, accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
• Identify missing information, unclear sections, duplicate content, formatting issues, or potential copy/paste errors.
• Draft report analysis, discussion, rationale, and conclusion sections based on physician-provided opinions.
• Expand physician opinions into professional, clear, and medically defensible language.
• Prepare reports for physician final review and approval.
