Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years medical insurance verification and authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, processes and audits the medical necessity for each patient radiation oncology treatment.
• Obtains insurance authorization and pre‑certification for imaging, pulmonology and surgical services.
• Researches additional resources for non‑covered chemotherapy services.

Education

Associate's degree in Healthcare
