Qualifications

• Excellent command of English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Ability to read and understand data tables.
• Familiarity with Word features including track changes.
• Attention to detail in formatting and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Format and proofread documents written by FDA scientists.
• Apply a style guide and maintain consistent formatting and language.
• Correct grammar, spelling, tone, and style across documents.
• Format data tables and create new tables from regulatory submissions.
• Incorporate citations and references; manage abbreviations.
• Maintain templates and support training of copyeditors.
