Qualifications

• 3 years of coding experience.
• High-School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified CPC, CPC-I, COC, CRC, CCS, CCS-P, CPMA or RHIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical record reviews and data abstraction accurately.
• Maintain 95% or better QA coding accuracy.
• Communicate documentation issues to Clinical Correlations team.
