Job summary

Training will be provided, and employees are expected to work within standard business hours CST. The position requires 1+ year of medical billing or accounts receivable experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Review delivery tickets and prioritize daily billing activities.
• Generate and submit accurate invoices and claims in a timely manner.
• Process secondary insurance and copay claims after primary adjudication.
• Identify billing discrepancies and escalate trends to leadership.
• Complete account corrections within SLAs and resolve payer rejections.
• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to billing guidelines and company policies.
