Qualifications

• CPB or other medical billing certification desired but not required.
• CPC or medical coding certification desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enter payments in EMR and generate patient invoices.
• Code medical claims and submit electronically to payers.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and verify insurance coverage.
• Assist patients with insurance questions and manage aged receivables.
• Process payments and follow up on denied/paid claims.
