Qualifications

• Familiarity with EHR or billing platforms (Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit medical claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review patient charts and assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and team members as needed.
• Manage denied or unpaid claims and re-submit when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
