What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist patients in navigating their healthcare, addressing questions, and connecting with medical practice staff
• Document patients' medical history accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Implement high-impact care plans and close care gaps while meeting assigned Key Performance Indicators

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant OR Certified EMT with 2 or more years of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
