Remote Heart Failure Medical Assistant (MA)
Location: Remote (Northeast-based organization)
Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential to ramp into full-time. Coverage needed Monday–Friday during normal business hours (e.g. 8am–6pm Eastern Time)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Medical Assistant (MA) to join a growing virtual-first heart failure program. This role will begin as part-time and gradually transition into a full-time position based on program growth and performance.
In this role, you will lead clinical coordination efforts with partner cardiology practices, supporting patient engagement, onboarding, and communication between care teams. This is a unique remote opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients with heart failure.
About the Program:
This virtual-first heart failure initiative partners with cardiology groups and health systems to improve patient care, reduce clinician workload, and optimize outcomes through proactive, technology-enabled care. The care model combines an AI-supported platform with a multidisciplinary team of Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, and Registered Nurses to deliver personalized treatment, remote monitoring, and seamless coordination.
