Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Management & Excellence (SMaE) to drive Medical Affairs initiatives through portfolio coordination, budgeting, and operational planning. You will partner with Medical Affairs leaders to ensure initiatives run efficiently and resources align with priorities.

This role oversees the Global Medical Affairs budget, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting, while collaborating with Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs or similar functions.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and financial processes.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Experience in nephrology/rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Global Medical Affairs strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning for programs.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead complex cross-functional Medical Affairs projects from planning through execution.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports on budget performance and priorities.
• Support leadership meetings, annual planning and business reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance.
