Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of formal PM experience.
• 5+ years of PM experience with large initiatives.
• 2+ years in Change Management.
• 3+ years in a managed care healthcare system or health plan.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor and oversee complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, plans, schedules, resources, and budget.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and risk management plans.
• Provide executive-level status updates and communication.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet objectives and manage scope and quality.
