Baptist Health is seeking a Medicaid Billing Supervisor for a remote role with residency in KY or IN. The role oversees timely billing claims to Medicaid and other payers, and develops the billing staff while ensuring compliance with Medicaid and other insurances along with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities include monitoring edits in the electronic billing system to achieve high clean claim ratios and coordinating with other departments to expedite collections.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years experience in patient accounting or medical office setting with one year as Team Lead/Supervisor required.
• Experience leading a billing staff and ensuring accurate claim submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Submit billing claims to Medicaid and third-party payers in a timely manner.
• Monitor and develop business office billing staff.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Commercial Insurances, Federal and State Laws.
• Monitor and create edits in the electronic billing system to improve clean claim ratios.
• Coordinate with other departments to expedite collections.
