Baptist Health is seeking a Medicaid Billing Supervisor for a remote role with residency in KY or IN. The role oversees timely billing claims to Medicaid and other payers, and develops the billing staff while ensuring compliance with Medicaid and other insurances along with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities include monitoring edits in the electronic billing system to achieve high clean claim ratios and coordinating with other departments to expedite collections.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years experience in patient accounting or medical office setting with one year as Team Lead/Supervisor required.
• Experience leading a billing staff and ensuring accurate claim submissions.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Medicaid Billing Supervisor to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residence in KY or IN.

The Medicaid Billing Supervisor is responsible for timely and accurate billing claim submission to responsible third party payers. Responsible for monitoring and development of Business Office billing staff. Assures compliance with Medicaid and Commercial Insurances, Federal and State Laws impacting healthcare. Monitors and creates edits in the electronic billing system to achieve accurate high clean claim ratios. Coordinates office efforts and works closely with other departments to expedite collections.
