Job summary

Decentralized Masters is looking for a Media Buyer to manage and optimize Facebook and YouTube ad campaigns with the goal of scaling accounts to a 3X ROAS+ consistently. The role focuses on hands-on management of high-volume spends in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities include daily ad audit, funnel tech management (e.g., Hyros integrations), and data-tracking to ensure accurate attribution and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing, optimizing, and scaling Facebook and Google Ad Accounts.
• Track record handling over $100K/month in ad spend across platforms.
• Knowledge of high-ticket coaching/consulting space.
• Familiarity with VSL funnels and ad platform algorithms.
• Methodical approach to launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Facebook and YouTube ads, ensuring campaigns are launched, optimized, and scaled effectively.
• Handle ad spend of over $100K/month across both platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with platform changes, including algorithm updates, targeting options, and new campaign types.
• Be the first line of defense for ad account issues, responding promptly to flagged ads or account suspensions.
