Job summary

Crossmedia, Inc. is seeking a Buyer, Integrated Investment for a full-time temporary role to run through December 31st. The role focuses on tactical planning, execution and reporting of campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a strong emphasis on online media.

You will manage vendor relationships, RFPs, pacing, and performance monitoring in a fast-paced agency setting. The position offers remote work in the USA, with benefits eligibility, and the salary range stated below

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a media investment/buying role across online and/or offline channels.
• Proficiency with media tools and platforms such as Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, Tableau.
• Strong project and campaign management skills, including RFP development, vendor negotiations, trafficking, and pacing/reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills—able to manage vendor relationships, support internal teams, and clearly articulate media strategies.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactical planning, execution and reporting of campaigns.
• Own vendor communications and client relationships.
• Manage RFP process and partner evaluation.
• Collaborate on media buying, contracts, budgeting and invoicing.
• Lead use of media tools (Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, Tableau).
• Monitor campaign performance and pacing weekly.
