Job summary

ECPI University seeks an Online Mechanical Engineering Technology Adjunct Faculty to teach in our undergraduate ME Technology program. This part-time, remote role supports adult learners with evening and weekend coverage.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (PhD preferred) and have 1+ years in industry; training and mentoring are provided. Courses run in five-week blocks with ongoing faculty support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor or other 3D design software.
• 1+ years industry experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience with CNC G-code, machining, and CAD/CAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Mechanical Engineering Technology courses online.
• Mentor and support students; provide timely feedback to learning outcomes.
• Conduct one live session weekly and maintain a live virtual office hour per week.
