A remote engineering firm is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to support U.S.-based projects in a full-time contractor capacity. Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering background (degree or equivalent experience).
Strong experience in reverse engineering / scan-to-CAD workflows.
Experience working with 3D scan data.
Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks (daily use).
Experience in industrial and manufacturing environments.
Ability to interpret GD&T and dimensional requirements.
Previous experience supporting U.S. clients or U.S.-based projects.
Strong communication skills in English.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote contractor role.
Responsibilities
Develop mechanical models and engineering deliverables based on 3D scan data.
Perform scan-to-CAD and reverse engineering work for existing parts and systems.
Support dimensional interpretation and validation tasks.
Collaborate remotely with the engineering team on U.S.-based projects.
Contribute to mechanical design and engineering tasks as needed.
