Accountabilities:

  • Deliver high-impact virtual math tutoring sessions to 6th and 7th-grade students, supporting two students simultaneously.
  • Prepare and present engaging lessons using a structured curriculum tailored for middle school math.
  • Participate in asynchronous training to master high-impact tutoring techniques and effectively use proprietary virtual platforms.
  • Maintain consistent tutoring schedules with approximately 3 hours of weekly commitment, including preparation and direct instruction.
  • Foster a positive, motivating learning environment adapted to diverse student needs and learning styles.
  • Willingness to learn and apply evidence-based high-impact tutoring methods.
  • Ability to effectively engage and motivate middle school students remotely.
