Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer for Math (6-12) to create robust digital content and curriculum in a remote team. You will partner with content, product management, UX, and creative media to assemble high-quality material aligned with product requirements.

The role supports digital launches, accessibility initiatives, and ongoing build documentation, with a project end date of 2028-09-30 and a flexible, nationwide remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Digital content and curriculum expert responsible for assembling high-quality content based on product requirements for Math programs.
• Experience designing math content for grades 6–12 in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including content, product management, UX and creative media.

Responsibilities

• Build digital products using authoring tools by following best practices.
• QA the work of the vendor to ensure it adheres to guidelines.
• Review manuscripts, create storyboards, contribute during alpha and beta builds for digital assets.
• Design, storyboard, and develop digital curriculum assets such as eBooks, interactives, simulations, games, videos, and virtual labs.
• Contribute during digital launches with vendors including templates, trackers, and content development guidelines.
• Hold responsibility for accuracy and maintenance of build documentation.
