You will mentor Mathematicians, oversee model design, and ensure targets like RTP and prize distributions support product goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Extensive leadership experience in mathematics or game portfolios.
• Expert knowledge of slot mathematics (RTP, volatility, distributions).
• Strong business judgment and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and standards for online slot-game mathematics.
• Lead and develop Game Mathematicians across portfolios.
• Oversee design/approval of slot math models and features.
• Ensure targets for RTP, volatility, and hit frequency align with goals.
• Establish Math team practices: calculations, simulations, validation, reviews.
• Provide mathematical direction on high-risk designs and regulatory tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Operations for compliant games.
• Advance reusable simulation tools and math libraries.
• Monitor market performance and translate findings into improvements.
• Communicate performance, risks and needs to executives.
