Job summary

Point32Health seeks a MassHealth Eligibility Representative to educate seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers on MassHealth and Medicare options within a nationwide territory. You will assist with applications, renewals, and program enrollment while supporting SCO/One Care growth.

You will conduct outreach, manage inquiries, and maintain documentation in our CRM, ensuring compliant, culturally competent assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Health Producer license is a plus.
• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Experience with public assistance programs and Medicare preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual required.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as MassHealth expert and stay updated on eligibility policies.
• Educate seniors and caregivers on MassHealth and Medicare options.
• Assist with enrollment, renewals, and redetermination processes.
• Generate SCO leads and support membership growth.
• Maintain CRM documentation and coordinate with teams.
