Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an engineer to own our measurement stack from tag management to server-to-server conversions, helping allocate a large paid budget effectively. You will partner with the marketing team to fix tracking issues, build robust server-side tracking, and ensure privacy controls and compliance across markets.

The role sits at the intersection of frontend, data engineering, and marketing, with a view toward building monitoring and scalable attribution solutions that improve data

Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend to backend integration.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (server-side) and at least one conversion API.
• Ability to debug attribution discrepancies end-to-end (pixel vs server deduplication, UTM conventions).
• Understanding of web performance and how tracking affects Core Web Vitals.
• Knowledge of consent modes and regional privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own tag manager setup end-to-end, including server-side GTM container.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to fix bugs and set up tracking for campaigns.
• Build server-to-server conversion tracking and validate deduplication.
• Improve tracking scripts for performance without degrading page speed.
• Ensure consent handling and regional restrictions are enforced correctly.
