Job summary

Spreetail Inc. is seeking an Associate Advertising Manager for Buy Box Experts, a Spreetail agency, to launch, manage, and optimize search campaigns across marketplace channels with a primary focus on profitable growth.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing and other stakeholders to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion while monitoring ROI, TACoS, and campaign performance. This remote role requires a home setup and experience with major Amazon ads tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads or similar marketplace campaigns.
• Experience managing $50k in advertising spend with budgets, bids, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Experience creating performance reports and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience with Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics; agency experience and a Marketing degree are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize search marketing campaigns across marketplace channels at campaign, ad group, product, and keyword levels.
• Develop and implement search marketing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion while supporting profitability and margin goals.
• Monitor budgets, bids, competitor activity, and campaign performance to achieve ROI and other targets.
• Analyze weekly advertising performance reports and translate data into actionable insights for top- and bottom-line impact.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and other stakeholders to develop holistic brand strategies in a fast-paced environment.
