Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Martech or Marketing Ops experience.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on Marketo Engage configuration.
• Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or able to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Experience leading client-facing calls and guiding technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to lead implementations of automation solutions using Marketo Engage.
• Configure advanced marketing automation: emails, landing pages, nurture programs, segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle, audits.
• Partner with client leads to support communications and deliverables updates.
• Create and document requirements with high attention to detail.
• Design, deploy, and maintain bi-directional integrations between Marketo Engage and third-party systems.
• Evaluate AI-driven features within Marketo Engage and connected tools.
