Nadia Care is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support daily marketing activities, content, and operations. You will help with newsletters, press releases, social channels, and campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.

Ideal candidates have strong writing, proofreading, and micro-copy skills, with experience in healthcare marketing and CMS tools. This role is remote in the United States, ET hours, with priority for candidates near target markets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of healthcare marketing experience
• Excellent English grammar and proofreading skills
• Strong copywriting and campaign content creation experience
• Experience with newsletters, press releases, and email templates
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• Support day‑to‑day marketing tactics under Senior Marketing Manager
• Assist campaigns, content, and operations as they come to life
• Create and edit newsletters, press releases, and emails
• Manage social media content calendar and engagement
• Coordinate giveaways, swag, and vendor relationships
• Maintain marketing collateral and SOPs in Asana
• Analyze KPIs and compile monthly/quarterly reports
• Update website content and CMS pages
• Handle inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism
