Axiom is seeking a Marketing & Regulatory Counsel to support advertising, labeling, and product claims across consumer products in a remote role.

You will advise marketing teams on regulatory constraints, assess claims, and coordinate with outside counsel while balancing legal risk with business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on advertising, labeling, and product claims for regulated consumer products.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment applicable to OTC, oral care, cosmetic, homeopathic, or similar consumer products.
• Experience assessing claims support and identifying potential regulatory and litigation risks.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve advertising, marketing materials, product claims, and labeling.
• Assess claims to determine the applicable regulatory category and level of support required.
• Advise marketing teams on regulatory constraints while helping identify practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Evaluate and manage litigation and regulatory risk associated with product claims and advertising.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed and take ownership of legal and risk-based decisions.
• Provide timely, practical guidance in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.

Formation

Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
