Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

We are looking for a responsible Marketing Enthusiast who is an expert in building programs and managing the systems required to generate consistent inbound lead traffic. The ideal candidate will utilize Marketo to its fullest potential, employing all available features to load the top of the funnel and must know the SFDC integration as well.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship. This position is with one of our premium clients, offering the opportunity to work with innovative teams and, if onsite, in a top work environment in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with teams and manage expectations across multiple groups.
  • Implement best practices for Marketo and SFDC, with a hands-on approach.
  • Have an excellent understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Lifecycle Management.
  • Adopt a strategic approach considering optimization and scalability in marketing technologies.
  • Review program requirements, identify optimization areas, and update on email marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions supporting business goals.
  • Manage large data sets, maintaining data health and quality.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, dashboards, and alert leadership when action is needed.
  • Manage Lead Quality, Lead Scoring, and Lead Routing in Marketo.
  • Assess ad hoc analytic requests and determine support approaches.
  • Advise on data requirements for analysis and ensure findings are visualized effectively for stakeholders.

Must Haves:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • 3-5 years of Marketo experience and 2-3 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about marketing automation, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, and creating executive slides.
  • Lead nurturing and scoring experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

This range reflects our good-faith estimate at posting time, compliant with applicable laws in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington. Final compensation depends on location, experience, and qualifications. Offers typically fall within the lower to mid-range of this spectrum.

This role may include performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
