Insight Global is hiring a Marketing Manager, Social & Media. This remote role bridges high-level brand and performance marketing strategy with social, creator, and influencer execution.

The 6-month contract requires PST hours, with pay ranging from $50 to $55 per hour. You will coordinate campaigns, translate goals into social programs, and analyze performance to drive actionable recommendations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong background in integrated, brand, performance, social, or influencer marketing.
• Experience with paid media strategy, investment, measurement, and performance.
• Strong understanding of social media, creators, and influencer marketing.

• Support integrated campaigns across Paid Media, Organic Social, and Influencer Marketing.
• Translate broader brand and performance goals into compelling social, creator, and content programs.
• Coordinate influencer/creator campaigns, content approvals, timelines, and performance reporting.
• Partner with media, social, creative, and influencer agencies.
• Identify cultural moments, social trends, and consumer insights that can influence broader marketing decisions.
• Analyze campaign performance and turn results into actionable recommendations.
