Job summary

Soris Pain & Vascular Institute is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead multi-market growth and brand consistency for a nationwide clinic footprint. This remote role supports patient awareness, physician outreach, and coordinated marketing across markets.

You will drive digital campaigns, community outreach, and events, coordinating with the Director of Marketing and IR integration teams. Travel for openings and activations is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing management or senior marketing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social, email, and local/community marketing.
• Experience supporting multi-location businesses or market expansion initiatives.
• Strong project management skills to juggle multiple launch timelines.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-directed with autonomy in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies for Soris Pain & Vascular Institute and Vascular Specialists / IR as directed by the Director of Marketing.
• Support market entry efforts for each of the 18 planned locations, including local digital presence setup and geo-targeted advertising.
• Coordinate physician referral marketing activities with Physician Liaison teams across multiple markets.
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing: social media, email campaigns, paid media, and reputation management.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to produce video, testimonial, and educational content for each market.
• Drive patient review generation and maintain local listings accuracy.
• Maintain brand consistency across Soris and VS/IR touchpoints as the footprint scales.
• Report marketing performance metrics to the Director of Marketing; contribute to HubSpot CRM pipeline reporting.
• Assist in coordinating event logistics for grand openings and community activations.
