Kayzen, a Berlin-based Apps DSP with a global reach, is seeking a Marketing Manager, Community & Events to drive Kayzen’s visibility through industry events and online communities. You will own event marketing end-to-end and build a vibrant community that translates into opportunities.

This remote-first role collaborates with sales, product marketing, and success teams across Europe, India, Argentina, and the US.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of event marketing experience in AdTech or related fields.
• Proven ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Own Kayzen's event calendar end-to-end from selection to post-event evaluation.
• Create engaging event experiences including sponsorships and webinars.
• Collaborate with Sales to define audiences and follow-up plans.
• Build and nurture an active community of customers, partners, and industry voices.
• Develop co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate agencies and vendors on event production.
• Collaborate with product marketing and success teams to integrate customer stories.
• Track engagement and program impact to refine future initiatives.
