Job summary

Dayton T. Brown, Inc. (DTB) is seeking a remote Marketing Manager to grow its presence across aerospace, defense, government, transportation, and commercial markets.

You will lead integrated initiatives, manage content, and align internal messaging with leadership vision to scale growth and operations. You'll drive social media, website content, SEO/lead generation, video content, and tradeshow support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen DTB's brand and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing, digital marketing, communications, or social media experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing professional social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content.
• Experience with marketing analytics, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead social media, website content, digital campaigns, and PR coordination.
• Plan and manage tradeshow logistics, events, and marketing collateral.
• Support HR and internal communications with branded materials.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and technical teams to drive growth.
• Track performance using analytics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
