You'll have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with background in creative leadership, and you will work asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to AI model performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising.
• Experience as creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at top-tier agencies.
• Fluency in writing and evaluating briefs, campaigns, and brand messaging.
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with peer review.

Responsibilities

• Design precise grading criteria for marketing deliverables.
• Score AI-generated and human samples with detailed justifications.
• Apply evidence-based judgment to ensure reproducible scores.
• Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
