Mercor is seeking a Marketing Expert — Creator & Influencer to design and oversee AI agent environment tasks for real-world creator programs. This remote, contract-based role focuses on crafting briefs, evaluating responses, and refining marketing AI outputs to improve model performance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with creator programs, proficiency with disclosure rules, and clear written reasoning.

• Design task briefs based on real-world creator programs, focusing on planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.
• Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
• Evaluate AI-generated content in Marketing to improve model outputs and decision-making processes.
• Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in simulated environments.

Position: Marketing Expert — Creator & Influencer (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote
