Job summary

Feedinkoo is looking for a part-time, remote Marketing assistant dedicated to supporting various projects across the Marketing function. You will create engaging content, manage projects, and collaborate with different teams while working approximately 20 hours per week for 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma equivalency OR enrolled in an accredited program specific to discipline required.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present thoughts clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative attitude and ability to integrate with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, X, and Instagram.
• Previous experience in healthcare or interest in the field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of projects across Marketing including content creation, social media management.
• Contribute to cross-market initiatives and collaborate with team members.
• Create engaging content for use across channels including web and social media.
• Assist with project implementation and facilitation.
• Create project management reports to communicate status of initiatives.
• Assist with meeting management and coordination across Marketing.
• Create and refine presentations for leadership and teams.
