Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience coordinating marketing events, conferences, client-facing events, incentive travel.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or related marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Outline and manage event timelines and milestones.
• Meet with key event stakeholders to understand goals and objectives as well as budget.
• Submit creative requests related to event needs and provide updates for creative teams to design, write or create needs.
• Review, negotiate and coordinate signing of event related contracts.
