Zicasso is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to uncover actionable insights and shape our marketing strategy. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to interpret complex datasets, design reporting frameworks, and optimize customer acquisition and retention.

The role focuses on building dashboards, evaluating campaigns, and providing data-driven recommendations in a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field.
• 5 years of data/marketing analysis experience.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills required.
• Experience with marketing platforms and multi-source attribution.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data and provide ongoing reports and dashboards for marketing campaigns and optimization.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio to track KPIs across channels.
• Analyze user journeys and funnel performance to identify friction and opportunities.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and promotional experiments.
• Collaborate with data engineering to integrate and validate marketing data from various sources.
• Apply segmentation to analyze ad spend efficiency and campaign performance.
• Translate analytical findings into clear marketing recommendations for stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automated reporting using tools like GitHub, Jira, and Google Workspace.
