Job summary

ListLab is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to drive awareness, engagement, and community growth as we prepare for public launch. You will own day-to-day marketing operations, including social scheduling, community engagement, campaign coordination, and light copywriting, coordinating with the GTM team for impact across channels.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of marketing experience, are comfortable with social media tools, can write clear copy, and work well asynchronously in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or internship) are acceptable.
• Ability to write clear, engaging copy for social and email without heavy editing.
• Comfortable using social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Organized and self-directed with strong async communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media scheduling and posting to keep channels active across platforms.
• Coordinate campaign launches from concept to live, on time.
• Engage with online communities where the target audience hangs out.
• Support content creation—draft social posts, email copy, and light blog content.
• Track performance and report on metrics, flag what's working and what isn’t.
