Perfected Home Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to grow our in‑home care referrals and outreach. You’ll turn data and ideas into campaigns that connect with hospitals, senior communities, and families, while learning the business side of home care from leaders who invest in your success.

From SEO and digital ads to CRM/ATS tooling, you’ll own projects, track results, and share insights with senior management.

Competenze

• Degree or 1+ year hands-on sales/marketing experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp).
• Comfortable networking at health fairs, chamber events, and luncheons.

• Fuel the Referral Engine – identify and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior-living communities, and social-service agencies.
• Create Campaigns That Click – design print, email, and social content; track open rates and ROI; pivot fast for better results.
• Own the Weekly Dashboard – compile KPIs on leads, conversions, and competitor moves; present insights to senior management.
• Showcase Our Programs – deliver clear overviews of specialty services (memory care, fall-prevention, respite) to department heads and community groups.
• Map the Market – research trends, vet new territories, and recommend strategies to stay ahead of local competition.
