Job summary

Hay House, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Content Development Manager for Grace Corner. Remote role open to eligible U.S.

states, overseeing marketing strategy, content development, and launches for online courses, Bible studies, virtual events, and streaming content. You will partner with authors and internal teams to create compelling promotional content and ensure cohesive brand messaging across web, email, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or product marketing.
• Experience launching digital products such as online courses and virtual events.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital channels.
• Understanding of customer journeys and content strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple launches with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborates with authors, publishers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy for Grace Corner’s digital product launches.
• Develop integrated campaigns across email, web, social, and paid media.
• Collaborate with authors and internal teams to pitch and launch new products.
• Coordinate launches from concept to market with cross‑functional teams.
• Create promotional content including newsletters, landing pages, and emails.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and acquisition.
