Job summary

Hay House LLC is seeking a Marketing & Content Development Manager for Grace Corner. This remote role leads marketing strategy, content development, and launches across online courses, Bible studies, and events.

You will partner with authors, Penguin Random House Christian Publishing, and cross-functional teams to drive campaigns and promotional content. The position focuses on digital product launches, content strategy, and cross-channel collaboration, with an emphasis on authentic brand voice

Qualifications

4+ years in digital/ product/content marketing or related field.
Experience planning and launching digital products (courses, events, memberships).
Ability to create content across email, web, landing pages, social media.
Familiarity with Christian publishing or faith-based orgs preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Grace Corner's marketing strategy for digital product launches.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social and paid media.
Collaborate with authors and internal teams to coordinate launches from concept to market.
Create compelling marketing content including newsletters, landing pages, and product descriptions.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and touchpoints.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and acquisition.
