Job summary

The Alliance for Collective Action (operating brand: The Alliance Center) is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to advance the Climate Equity Fund’s mission through integrated marketing, storytelling, and brand management.

You will translate complex climate and equity initiatives into accessible narratives, develop content across newsletters, reports, and digital channels, and align messaging with funder and partner priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in marketing/communications with nonprofit/philanthropy experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing and communications strategies.
• Translate climate and equity initiatives into accessible narratives.
• Lead content creation across newsletters, website, reports, and social.
• Oversee brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors; manage calendars and workflows.
