Job summary

SisterReach LLC in Memphis invites a Marketing & Communications Intern to support our digital marketing and storytelling across social platforms, drafting captions and post copy under the Director of Marketing & Communications.

You will explore trends, assist with analytics, support community engagement and event promotion, and handle lightweight admin tasks, gaining hands-on nonprofit marketing experience in reproductive justice advocacy.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing, communications, public health, or social justice.
• Comfortable using Canva, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or similar platforms.
• Proven skillset in content creation, editing and posting.
• Willing to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Editing: drafting social media captions, post copy, and supporting visual content.
• Research & Development: identify trends and ideas, assist in analytics.
• Digital Organizing & Community Engagement: monitor comments and track engagement.
• Event Promotion & Documentation: assist with event content and promotional materials.
• Administrative Support: schedule content, coordinate tasks, and assist approvals.
