Job summary

Justrite is seeking an Integrated Marketing & Automation Manager to lead campaigns across email, SMS, and social channels from a remote, full-time base. This role reports to the VP, Ecommerce and collaborates with marketing leadership to drive lead generation, revenue retention, and loyalty.

You will manage marketing automation platforms, optimize data-driven campaigns, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital marketing strategies that elevate the Justrite brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading digital marketing teams.
• 5+ years of building and running large campaigns.
• Experience managing enterprise marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling campaigns driving lead generation leveraging email/SMS/social platforms.
• Collaborate with BU marketing managers and channel marketing to consolidate content into campaigns.
• Develop trigger-based campaigns to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Work with eCommerce to align content and strategy for campaigns.
• Support paid and organic social campaigns with proper tagging, segmentation, and reporting.
• Maximize database effectiveness through segmentation, automation, and personalization.
• Leverage marketing automation and CRM to boost brand loyalty and customer value.
• Use data insights to track performance and identify growth opportunities with dashboards and reports.
