Job summary

Really Epic Dog Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to work with the Head of Marketing across a diverse portfolio including luxury hospitality, sport, media, technology, retail and agriculture. This hands‑on role requires ownership and the ability to move quickly from strategy to execution, with direct exposure to senior decision‑makers and opportunities to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years marketing experience.
• Portfolio of work personally created or delivered.
• Strong video-editing capability (Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve/Final Cut).
• Design fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma.
• Paid social and search experience (campaign setup, optimisation, reporting).
• Excellent writing skills with adaptable tone across brands.
• Strong analytical ability including GA4 reporting.
• Confident working independently and making recommendations.
• Strong organization, ability to manage competing priorities.
• US-based with passport and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social content across multiple brands.
• Write sharp copy for digital, social, email, web and campaigns.
• Edit video content from raw footage.
• Create and adapt marketing assets across formats.
• Review brand presentation and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and manage email campaigns.
• Support paid social and search campaigns and report performance.
• Produce press packs, marketing materials and landing pages.
• Support trade shows and events, including content capture and follow‑up.
• Coordinate agencies, freelancers and suppliers.
• Track competitor activity and new marketing opportunities.
