• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a public ambassador for CIAT on digital forums to connect with current and prospective students.
• Engage online via LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter and other platforms.
• Assist in facilitating online group discussions about CIAT programs and student services.
• Promote CIAT certificate and degree programs and related resources online.
• Gather feedback and report on interactions to help optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve engagement with prospective students online.
