Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support digital marketing efforts in a remote, work-from-home setup. The ideal candidate enjoys content creation, is comfortable with AI tools, and can work independently with guidance and SOPs.

Responsibilities include creating content, using Claude AI and Canva to craft copy, CapCut for videos, and scheduling across Buffer, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite. A Polytechnic Diploma and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Claude AI, Canva, CapCut, Buffer, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite / Content Planner is required.
• Strong written English with attention to detail and ability to liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content based on the monthly or weekly content plan.
• Use Claude AI to draft and refine marketing copy and ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Design social media creatives using Canva and edit short-form videos with CapCut.
• Schedule and publish approved content across platforms using Buffer, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite/Content Planner.
• Submit content for approval before publishing.
• Conduct weekly competitor research and present insights on campaigns, trends, ideas, and improvements.
• Perform basic market research and ensure content is published on time.
• Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as required.
