CAI is seeking a Marketing & Communication Analyst to advance AI adoption and communications across business units. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, reporting, training, and content development in a remote, full-time setting.

You will translate AI concepts into clear messages, develop marketing strategies, and create materials for awareness initiatives, with experience in GenAI tools a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, communications, AI adoption, or digital transformation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience communicating with business teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Experience creating reports, training materials, supplemental content, and presentations.
• Strong content review, planning, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Working knowledge of Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with business teams, stakeholders, and customers to support AI adoption initiatives.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies that promote the adoption of AI tools and solutions.
• Create reports, presentations, supplemental materials, and other communication assets.
• Develop training materials and support enablement sessions for business users.
• Review, plan, and manage content for AI adoption and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate AI concepts into clear and engaging communications.
• Support the adoption of Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools across the organization.
• Track adoption activities, user engagement, feedback, and program outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and successful delivery of AI initiatives.
