Job summary

Thrive Squad is seeking an Administrative & Digital Marketing Coordinator to work remotely. You will support the Marketing Department with campaign intake, coordination, execution and reporting, focusing on SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and real estate marketing.

You will attend and host conference calls, schedule tasks, liaise with parties, and help improve processes and efficiency. This is a 1099 contractor role that starts part-time with potential transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Post and schedule content across social media platforms for clients.
• Assist Marketing Department with daily project intake, coordination, execution and reporting.
• Execute client email campaigns, paid social and non-paid social calendars, and digital campaigns.
• Create digital content and support SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams and external clients to improve processes.
