Parker Towing Company is seeking a Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee TSMS and regulatory programs. You will work with vessel crews, leadership, USCG, and TPOs to maintain compliance, address deficiencies, and drive corrective actions across the fleet.

The role involves developing training, coordinating COIs, and leading safety initiatives. Remote work with significant travel is expected, and you’ll report to the VP, Admin Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, maritime operations, occupational health, or related discipline.
• Experience in maritime safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written communication for policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Administer TSMS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Draft and maintain safety policies and manuals.
• Coordinate with USCG and third-party organizations.
• Lead or support investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop vessel safety training and drills.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and COI preparations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies.
